Our brand elevates the human experience in the supply chain
Meet Our Founder:
Born to artist parents, Morgan grew up in a creative household where a love of art and craftsmanship shaped her interests and creative instincts. However, the pursuit of a career in the arts was risky as there was no clear path towards stability. Morgan used her creative talents in teaching and at non-profits, but felt the need to explore. After a transformative trip to Ghana in 2012, she did what any soul in search of purpose does when returning home from a trip abroad; quit her job, sold all of her stuff, and moved there a year later.
While pursuing a career in education & international development, she fell in love...with handcrafted design and the textile industry in Ghana. What began as sewing lessons evolved into a design practice, and ultimately a business model, merging her background in nonprofit management and international project leadership with creative direction and textile production.
Today, Morgan leads Geometric from Kingston, Jamaica, producing collections in close partnership with women-owned businesses and skilled textile producers. Her work bridges continents and cultures, uniting heritage techniques with contemporary design. Through Geometric, Morgan continues to build collaborative production networks that honor craftsmanship and expand opportunity. Her designs honor self-expression while bringing people closer to the origin of what they wear.
Geometric builds collaborative production partnerships with skilled textile producers and women-owned businesses. Together, we design and produce distinctive collections that combine heritage techniques with contemporary form.
Our partnerships are rooted in mutual growth, strengthening craftsmanship, expanding production capacity, and creating shared value across the value chain. By producing intentionally and in small quantities, we help sustain hand-dyed traditions, support independent workshops, and cultivate long-term, sustainable markets for thoughtfully made pieces.
