Shipping policy
Due to our artisanal, small batch production, items can be shipped and arrive separately. We ship from our distribution center in Jamaica.
Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy:
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In the event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
SHIPPING RATES:
We ship all international orders using DHL Express International. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and region and will be displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you are ordering from within Jamaica, you will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call to arrange delivery with a local carrier.

DUTIES & TAXES:
Geometric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES:
Geometric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received the packaging and product damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently offer shipping worldwide. If your country is not displayed, shipping can be arranged via email. Please email: morgan@buygeometric.com.
